In order to provide you with the best experience, we kindly request that you provide the following information when booking:

- Company information (if applicable)
- Name and phone number of the person to be picked up (if you are booking for someone else).

Waiting time
We want your journey to be as flexible and comfortable as possible.
- Airport: We include a 30-minute waiting period at no extra charge.
- Other addresses: We include a 5-minute waiting period at no extra charge.
That way, you can rest assured if minor delays occur.
Delay or cancellation
We know that plans sometimes change and delays can occur.
- Please notify us at least 1 hour before pickup between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. and at least 2 hours before pickup between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. if you need to cancel your ride.
