If you want to book a pickup within the next 2 hours, please call us for a booking confirmation.

For Future booking:

You can always log in and see your booking and make changes if you need that.

​​After we have confirmed your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation by email. Please check that all information are correct.

In case of delays or cancellation:

In case of flight delays in the airport, we will of course stay there until the customer has arrived and the first 30 minutes we wait free of charge. You can of course always (but no later than one hour before pickup) call us and cancel the trip or announce a delay. Then of course the waiting time in the airport is WITHOUT extra charge.

At all other addresses we of course also wait for the customer and the first 5 minutes free of charge. In case of cancellation of early morning trips (between 22:00-06:00) and in weekends these must be canceled by calling us at our phone number +4586492006 no later than 2 hours before pickup

Payment:

We accept all kind of Credit Cards. In addition, payment can of course also be made in cash or we can send you a link to prepay the trip.​
